Contentment eludes most of us. The awful thing about us is that we are always searching for smth better. Most of the time there isn’t anything better out there, but we drive ourselves crazy pursuing it, no matter what the challenge is.

Perhaps the City is just the very deep soul of the People who's living in it, and the People in the City is just the very own body of the City itself, which She uses to observe sunsets, and to walk through streets, and to feel the love, and to smell all the scents, to catch all the unique details that She has inside, but that couldn't really exist, without the people living there. Maybe the one couldn't exist without the other, since they are just two faces, of the same life.

what a thought... it's so new in my head - i immideately created such a images... one could hoot a film here, no?
i thought about it first when i realised that this huge, great, exiting Italy expression is just 50% connected with Italy itself.
and then .. but actually i thought about it a lot, and there are too many prooves that " i wanna see new places" may be mostly means "i wanna see new faces"...
p.s. "She" it took me time to understand - "la citta'", certo... both in english and in russian - city is male:")
